Orders & Custom Designs

Do you offer fully custom designs?

Yes! Every piece we create is custom-designed just for you. We’ll work with you to develop a unique design inspired by your team, event, colors, and personal style.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once we receive your order and customization details, we’ll begin the design process.

​

Will I receive a mockup before my item is made?

Yes. A design mockup will be emailed for approval on all custom shoe and jacket orders before production begins.

How long do I have to approve my mockup?

You will have 48 hours to review and approve your design. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we will move forward with production to keep your order on schedule.

​

Please add orders@ineedgamedayswag.com to your approved sender list so important updates and design approvals do not go to your spam folder.

​

What if I need changes to my design?

We’re happy to make reasonable adjustments during the mockup stage. Once your design has been approved and production has begun, no additional changes can be made.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

Production time varies depending on the item and complexity of the design. Please refer to the calendar on our website for the current estimated turnaround time for custom blinged items.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! To request rush service, please add the Rush Fee item to your order and include the date your item is needed. If we are unable to accommodate your requested date, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with their shipment.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Care & Wear

Are the rhinestones permanent?

We use high-quality adhesives and professional application techniques to create a strong, durable bond. However, rhinestones and other embellishments are delicate and should always be handled with care.

​

How should I care for my custom items?

To help protect your custom piece:

• Do not machine wash.

• Spot clean only.

• Avoid excessive exposure to water.

• Do not place in the dryer.

• Store carefully to prevent rubbing, pressure, or snagging on the rhinestones.

Following these care instructions will help extend the life of your custom item.

Can I wear my custom shoes every day?

Our custom shoes can be worn regularly, but they should be treated as specialty items. Excessive wear, harsh conditions, water exposure, or heavy friction may affect the rhinestones and embellishments over time.

Repairs, Refunds & Exchanges

What if rhinestones fall off?

Because each item is handmade, occasional stone loss may occur with normal wear.

Repair services are available for a small fee, plus shipping. Pricing will depend on the type and extent of the repair needed.

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because all items are custom-made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.
